"My Girl" is one of my all time favorites, Tom. I managed a group back in college. They did cover songs. That was the first song we put together. We had a big, fat, Italian kid we nicknamed "Roast Beef" as our lead singer. What a voice that kid had. Like Vermont maple syrup.Group lasted about six months and dissolved. Guys have too many interests when they're nineteen years old.

Sorry it's the first thing I thought of Mich when you said Roast Beef had a velvet voice like Vermont Maple sugar. It was such a big story up here a 20 million dollar syrup siphoning ring. The crime of the century was a guy stealing maple syrup over the course of a year 1 barrel at a time to the tune of 10,000 barrels, everyone thought it was genius. I know it's theft but good lord what a scam
