I may be wrong but Penn st beats Iowa pretty good team on 2/17 go's to Rutgers beats them by 12, comes home tonight against Nebraska and opens only a 1 pt Favorite now up to 1.5 and 2...I'm not biting on this home Favorite. ..Nebraska is my 5*
