Tampa, nor Chicago can play defense. Looks like 50's and a little rain... WR's have the advantage with rain and a grass field. High flying, high scoring game IMO.
St. Louis defense is on a roll and will have their ears pinned back to pressure an ailing, injured Philip Rivers.
