The New York Post's Brian Costello reports ex-Jets coach Rex Ryan will interview for the Falcons and 49ers' head-coaching vacancies next week.

Bills coach Doug Marrone has opted out of his contract.
He's now available to interview with any team. The Bills' ownership change triggered a three-day opt-out clause in Marrone's contract. Marrone led Buffalo to a 9-7 record this season, but clashed with the front office, especially about the team's quarterback situation. His in-game coaching decisions and conservative approach came under scrutiny. The Jets are known to have "strong interest" in Marrone to replace Rex Ryan, while Chargers OC Frank Reich is expected to be among Buffalo's top head-coaching candidates.

ESPN Chiefs reporter Adam Teicher expects Kansas City to cut WR Dwayne Bowe if the two sides can't agree on a reduced contract.

The Chiefs could free up $9 million in cap space by releasing OLB Tamba Hali.

From really my own opinion. I think the Lions will dump Reggie Bush or at least try to trade him for a late round draft pick.

Bills hired Rex Ryan as head coach.
It's a monster get for the Bills. After Doug Marrone opted out of his coaching deal with Buffalo, the Bills were getting a later jump on their search. But they're now the first team to hire a new coach this offseason. Ryan reportedly wanted the Falcons job, but was never brought back for a second interview. Ryan held his second interview with Buffalo on Saturday night and landed a five-year, $27.5 million contract. He's expected to retain DC Jim Schwartz and bring aboard 49ers OC Greg Roman to run the offense.

The Broncos and head coach John Fox have decided to part ways.
And so ends a four-year run where Fox went 46-18 with one Super Bowl berth. The Broncos made the playoffs in each of those four seasons, including in 2011 with Tim Tebow at quarterback. Fox's relationship with GM John Elway was "fraying," however, according to CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora, and reports surfaced before Sunday's Divisional Round bout with Indianapolis that Fox might be out if the Broncos lost. They did, and now Fox is a coaching free agent.

Jets hired Todd Bowles as head coach.
Bowles, 51, is coming home, as he's from Elizabeth, New Jersey and played his college ball at Temple. Bowles has been the Cardinals' defensive coordinator the past two seasons after holding the same title in Philadelphia and Miami prior to his gig in Arizona.

ESPN's Chris Mortensen reports the Raiders are expected to name Broncos DC Jack Del Rio their new head coach on Wednesday.
Raiders brass came to a decision Tuesday night. There were reports owner Mark Davis wanted Del Rio to be the new coach, while GM Reggie McKenzie wanted to ride it out with Tony Sparano for another season.

The Bears will interview John Fox for their head-coaching vacancy Wednesday.
Fox is widely believed to be the favorite for the Chicago job. It may be the only opening available to him, with the Jets settling on Todd Bowles, Raiders set to hire Jack Del Rio, and Falcons eyeing Teryl Austin and Dan Quinn.

Oregon QB Marcus Mariota will forgo his senior season and enter the NFL draft.
This comes as a surprise to no one. In a weak quarterback class, Mariota and Jameis Winston will jockey to see who will be the first signal caller selected on draft day. The Bucs hold the No. 1 pick. The Titans, Jaguars, Raiders, Redskins, Jets, Bears, Falcons, Giants, and Rams round out the top 10. NFL teams will have to evaluate Mariota and see if he can run a pro-style system.

CSN Chicago reports the Bears' head coaching job belongs to John Fox "if he wants it."
Fox's interview with Chicago went well into the evening on Wednesday night, but the two sides were unable to reach a deal. Despite reports Fox flew back to Denver following the interview, he is still the heavy favorite to coach the Bears in 2015.

Speaking Thursday, Cowboys owner/GM Jerry Jones acknowledged it would be a "challenge" to re-sign both DeMarco Murray and Dez Bryant for 2015.
Since Bryant is widely expected to remain in Dallas either via the franchise tag or a long-term deal, that makes Murray the odd man out. Murray put the Cowboys on his back in 2014, but has a long injury history, and turns 27 next month. Those are two strikes against a running back, though the situation is obviously different in Murray's case since he just led the league in rushing. Murray will likely reach free agency,
