NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports Jay Cutler's shoulder injury is believed to be a torn labrum.
Yikes. Cutler will seek a second opinion but if the diagnosis is confirmed, he'll obviously be out for a while. Already playing without their best wide receiver Alshon Jeffery (PED suspension) and tight end Zach Miller (foot), the Bears can pretty much pack it in and start evaluating for next season

Andrew Luck (concussion) wasn't seen at the start of Tuesday's practice.
Per beat writer Zak Keefer of the Indianapolis Star, there was "no sign" of him. Passing through the concussion protocol on a short week is a near impossible task. With Luck almost guaranteed to sit out, it looks like Scott Tolzien will be under center Thursday night versus Pittsburgh.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Stefon Diggs (knee) will likely miss Thursday's Week 12 game against the Lions.
Playing on a short week, Diggs just didn't have enough time to recover after injuring his knee Sunday against the Cardinals.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Stefon Diggs' (knee, questionable) availability is completely up in the air.
"Honestly don't know which way it will go," a source texted Schefter. The fact there is even a question about his status suggests there is more optimism than there was on Wednesday, but Diggs is still likely to sit. He reportedly "didn't do much" when testing out the knee early Wednesday morning.

CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora reports the Patriots "have not closed the door" on Rob Gronkowski (lung) playing this week.
ESPN's Dianna Russini reported Wednesday morning Gronk was not expected to play, but he was able to get in a limited practice later in the day. This being the Patriots, we likely will not have a good gauge on his status until Sunday morning.

Vikings declared Stefon Diggs (knee) inactive for Week 12 against the Lions.

Jeremy Maclin (groin) did not practice Thursday.
It looks like he is going to miss his third game in a row.

ESPN's Dianna Russini reports Rob Gronkowski (chest) is a "true game-time decision."

Ryan Mathews (knee) has been ruled out for Monday night against the Packers.
Despite some optimism early in the week, this was always the likely outcome after Mathews suffered a sprained MCL against the Seahawks.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Mark Ingram (concussion, questionable) will play in Sunday's Week 12 game against the Rams.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Martellus Bennett (questionable, ankle) is expected to play in Week 12 against the Jets.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports Michael Crabtree (ankle, questionable) is "trending in the right direction toward playing" in Sunday's Week 12 game against the Panthers.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports Torrey Smith (shoulder) will play Week 12 against the Dolphins.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Chris Hogan (questionable, back) is expected to play against the Jets.

According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, T.J. Yeldon (ankle, questionable) will test his ankle in pregame warmups but is a "long shot" to play in Sunday's Week 12 game against the Bills.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports Travis Benjamin (knee, questionable) will play Week 12 against the Texans.

Sammy Watkins (foot, questionable) will start Sunday's Week 12 game against the Jaguars.

LeSean McCoy (thumb) will play Week 12 against the Jaguars.

Tom Brady (knee, questionable) is expected to play Week 12 against the Jets.
ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Brady had some swelling and soreness in his knee this week. It has become clear Brady is dealing with a real injury, but there was never much doubt he would play through it.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports Rob Gronkowski (chest, questionable) is expected to play in Sunday's Week 12 game against the Jets.
Gronkowski put in three limited practices this week and made the trip to New York with his teammates on Saturday. There's still a little risk with the Patriots playing at 4:25 PM ET, though all signs point to Gronkowski getting the green light.

According to ESPN's Adam Caplan, Wendell Smallwood is expected to "play a lot" against the Packers on Monday night.
Ryan Mathews (knee) has already been ruled out for Week 12, which should allow Smallwood to settle in as the lead back with Darren Sproles playing his usual role on passing downs. Smallwood has averaged 15 touches over his last two games and should exceed that total on Monday night.

                        Your thoughts...
Do you think Rob Gronkowski is worth a play or is he a decoy. Since he already played the decoy role earlier in the year.
My other option is to start Rishard Matthews over him.

Any other team I would trust but the Patriots when it comes to injuries. I could see him being a decoy and just running routes to draw coverage. Since his injury is one that getting hit could make things worse.
